Not Working in UT3: Single Duct Air Handling Unit Fault Detection

I am attempting to perform a Single Duct Air Handling Unit Fault Detection analysis in UT3 and put in all of the required points in the settings tab. However, everytime I try and run the analysis, I get this error:
"Error: Unable to load DLL 'NIST-FDD-SD.DLL': The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800736B1)"
How should I proceed?

Sorry for the inconvenience! Christopher, I will contact you about a "patch". A new version of UT3 that fixes this is coming soon (in the next couple of weeks).
