64 Bit Machines and UT3

Back in 2012, UT2 was sometimes incompatible with 64bit computers. Has that been corrected in UT3? Can I just operate UT3 as a 32bit program ("C:\Program Files (x86)...")? Or do I need manually install the SQL server again? I haven't gotten an error yet, so that is encouraging, I just wanted to confirm before I got too far into my project.
