Recently an issue was reported where a user was trying to install the Universal Translator 3 and got an error #2503. This was on a Windows 8 machine.

To get UT3 to install on Windows 8, right click on the "setup.exe" and select "Run as administrator".Installer "setup.exe" "Run as administrator"
