Exporting and reusing a model, as a Python or PHP module.

Is there any chance to build and export a combined model outside the UT3 ? Is there any chance to see (one day, before the end of the universe) a tool like "transcript my model to a (Python|PHP) module...". This would allow us to reuse a model for any external usage.
